Clients remain fully responsible for:

     Their business relationships

     Payment handling

     Sales decisions

     Customer agreements


3. Client responsibilities

Clients agree that:

     They have lawful permission to contact their customers or leads

     Information provided to FollowUp Pro is accurate

     FollowUp Pro communications are appropriate for their business

     They remain responsible for their commercial decisions

Clients must not provide:

     Unlawful contact lists

     Purchased consumer debt lists

     Contacts without legitimate business context

FollowUp Pro may refuse or pause service if data appears inappropriate or high-risk.


4. Engagement and approvals

Before work begins:

     Scope will be confirmed

     Messaging approach will be agreed

     Boundaries will be defined

Clients may review or request adjustments before outreach begins.

FollowUp Pro retains discretion to pause activity if reputational or compliance risks arise.


5. Fees and payment

Fees depend on the service and agreement type.

Services may be structured as:

     One-off engagements

     Monthly services

     Performance-based pricing

     Hybrid models

Specific pricing is confirmed in writing before work begins.

Invoices are payable according to agreed terms.

Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.


6. No guarantee of results

 We do not guarantee:

     Payment recovery

     Booked meetings

     Reviews

     Conversions

     Responses

Outcomes depend on third parties beyond our control.


7. Reputation and communication boundaries

10. Intellectual property

Clients may not reproduce or resell service materials without permission.


11. Service suspension or termination

Either party may end services at any time unless otherwise agreed.

FollowUp Pro may suspend or terminate service if:

     Payments are overdue

     Data appears unlawful

     Instructions create reputational risk

     Terms are breached

Upon termination:

     Work will cease

     Outstanding fees remain payable

     Data will be handled appropriately


12. Limitation of liability

FollowUp Pro is not liable for:

     Loss of revenue

     Lost opportunities

     Indirect or consequential losses

     Client business outcomes

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service period.

Nothing excludes liability where it cannot be excluded by law.


13. Third-party platforms

We are not responsible for outages or failures of third-party systems.
